"Can somebody help me to fix our names and mailing address on my auto insurance . I have been trying to fix them since almost 40 days and every time our names were further messed up , despite I am a customer here since 06/2023. I am still waiting for my insurance cards with the correct names since 04/25. I didn’t expect this issue to be dragged like this. Edit: I don’t have words for the frustration this business caused me. I wouldn’t be here if our names were fixed. I emailed all the screenshots and spoke last week also and I was promised to fix the names. My renters and umbrella policies are also with you and have the correct names listed. My last name was cut off, coverage amounts were wrong from what I requested, my paid off car was listed as lien with dealer. After tens of calls and emails with screenshots to fix this issues , I did wrote to Andrew as well last week. I received email on 05/27 stating everything was fixed. Still my husband’s name was added as mailing address in my policy on Statefarm.com. Out of the 3 issues 2 were fixed after 40 days and still names aren’t fixed. I have been patient this entire while, left a review asking for help after even writing to Andrew didn’t fix anything. After a good experience with renters insurance, I brought my auto and umbrella as well to your agency and been patient since 04/25 with all the frustrations and you chose to gaslight me by saying the issue was fixed on the same day itself. I still have to receive my insurance cards with correct names, once my last name was cutoff, another time my husband’s name was added to mailing address. Yesterday I received a letter from Statefarm, where my husband’s first name went missing and my last name was printed as his first name. Mistakes happen, owning and fixing them is the right thing, but the lack of integrity and just plain lying and gaslighting here is just appalling."

"I must say that I was very impressed with Matt Santos from State Farm. His knowledge, enthusiasm and friendly personality made the switch a joy. I’d been with Farmers for well over 25 years before their ridiculous high rates sent me to USAA for 5 years. I thought I was happy there and that no one could touch their service and rates, well Matt proved me wrong and in the process saved me $200 a month in addition to “EXTRA” coverage. I had no issues with USAA until Matt saved me $2,400 a year with GREATER coverage. That greater coverage gives me peace of mind driving now, because the majority of the cars on the road are no longer just $25,000-30,000 vehicles. Here in Texas, the land of SUV’s, pickup trucks and luxury cars are minimum $75,000-100,000 and up and you need to really be certain you’re fully covered to not leave yourself in a bind should an incident occur. Thank you Matt Santos for proving me wrong that State Farm couldn’t beat USAA!"
